You own or lead a real business.
The problem is costing money, time, or momentum this month.
You want a decision and something usable —not more AI education.
Solo owners, small firms, and leadership teams are welcome.
How is this different from a typical AI course?
You do not just watch lessons about AI. You work on one real business problem. AI analyzes your information, challenges its first answer, and helps produce the finished business asset. You make the decision.
How long does it take?
About an hour once your inputs are ready. We tell you what to gather before you start.
I'm starting from zero. No customers yet.
You can still use the ICP and Offer courses. AI builds the strongest starting case from market evidence, marks what is still unproven, and gives you a 30-day plan to test it.
Which AI do I need?
ChatGPT or Claude. A free account works for Courses 1, 2, 3, and 5. For the AI Brain course, use an account that supports a project with at least six uploaded knowledge files and project-level instructions; we recommend a paid account for this course
Can't I just use ChatGPT?
Yes. ChatGPT will give you an answer for free. What it won't do on its own is force that answer back through your customer history, your losses, your competitor evidence, and your operating constraints to find where it may be wrong. That's what you're paying for.
Do I need to be a big company?
No. You need a real business problem worth solving. Solo owners and small firms are welcome.
Is this the same as working with Greg?
No. The Lab gives you the method without the advisory engagement. If the problem turns out to be bigger than one decision, you can talk with Greg about deeper help.
What if I get stuck?
Email us. A person answers. If you've done the interview and run the prompts and you're stuck, a person will help you find where and get you moving again.
